Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

All payments are securely processed through our payment providers. The Wild Jwls never stores your payment information.
Product Availability
Although we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, exceptional situations may occur where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you promptly to offer either:
- a replacement (where available), or
- a full refund.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Belgium.
Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- International: delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel has been delivered.

Warranty
All jewelry is covered by the 1-year legal warranty in accordance with Belgian and European legislation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from:
- accidents
- misuse
- normal wear and tear
- improper care
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
