Refund policy

We hope you'll love your jewelry. If for any reason it's not quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must:

  • be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear (trying on your jewellery for fitting purposes is of course fine)
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • be accompanied by the proof of purchase

How to request a return

  1. Email us at info@thewildjwls.com with your order number and your request.
  2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return instructions.
  3. Return your jewellery using the shipping carrier of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • personalized jewellery
  • made-to-order jewellery
  • sale items

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@thewildjwls.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
